  1. Yes let's 

    Take action on our own self reflection journey 

    Whether this leads you 

    My own journey comes from home and making this a better position to be standing from in self reflection we can become in touch with our own individual ways and how it affects us ourselves and others around us

    Where this journey takes us 

    My own journey has been on various occasions where negativity has won at lots of times where it pulls me in and everything around me becomes affected by these feelings 

    In self reflection we can look into these deep and learn to move through them one bit at a time 

  2. Thought and prescriptive and holding out own 

    There's always something to be going on with in our own type of thinking I find 

    So it's really good to note it down as much as you can possible 

    As seeing hearing touching what's there out in plain sight is the areas in self reflection to work on 

    We can see in these notes we have 

    The where straight away we need to do work exercise in 

    Like the ones that really bug us as when we note things down we may start at a low point that builds grows to the raw feelings let those come out every part even the swearing even the calling you need to do 

    These are only your notes to do what you want chuck burn for your eyes only 

    The exercise of getting them all out on paper is a very valuable experience the more you do it the more we can become in practice accustomed to this behaviour and we can become more adapt at getting out our feelings for what they are 

    Feelings are just recall of memories that we need to give us the right correct energy we need to motivate us drive us too getting better than now what we have these lessons learned from ages ago in our memory recall are there to give you insights in moving past this now this time 

    There's lessons in these feelings and now in your notes as we can see

    And we can see patterns in these 

    Getting into the habit of writing our feelings down makes us hold our own 

    Thoughts and feelings 

    And start to learn what we can from them in the lessons they bring 

    Hold out own perspectives makes us being about change

  3. Our own slights 

    Those times some thing seems to not sit comfortably with us 

    Those times 

    These little slights are the areas that can become much more

    As they can become mixed up or confused with feelings 

    Emotions then kick in 

    As in slights 

    We can become in a roll on effect where we see slights as a add on 

    An extra bit that does stick on us and then it can and does at times build up and become hurts 

    Hurts are where it's gone past a slight 

    Hurt become a problem more than a issue

    And in this part now in this blog post we are dealing looking into slights so let's go back there now (hurts are in another blog post here)

    So Slights are really easy to work on 

    We can choose from these to address these 

    In looking at these in closer dept or looking to speak our and stop them like sometimes we have too for our own sake plus for the other's too 

    As it's choosing peace and kindest 

    Slights are best being talked about whilst they happen whilst they are taking place address them then 

    Nip them in the bus

    These are easy times easy talk as it's just a bit of saying the slight out loud 

    Like something that's not quite right for you say you have a issue 

    You know I don't really like ....

    It's just a light conversation a laugh type of way use what comes natural is the best to stem the slight and then let it go 

    Move pass it 

    Then things can and will return to normal 

    As it's not the end of some thing awful to speak out loud nip it in the bud whilst it's tiny is always better in the long run 

    Remember kazsart we are into connection and looking at ways to improve our self expressions so we can live more in the present which is the better way enjoying you and your people around you not taking slights 

  4. One of the observation I do notice a lot is how we tend to favour new people or even strangers in our behaviour in our manner 

    How polite and  how we notice these 

    Give them more presence than people who we have known for ages some process to love 

    Why over so long term the respect goes higher to outer people then to inner people why we have this novelty or phase for newer we hardly know to the next or the same people we already know and always around 

    It's like the less is more in these moments areas like we care less when we are long term relationship between people where the unconditional touches so close to the taken for granted where the lines become blurred or accustomed to it then it becomes less of a effort 

    Too where we notice this presence 

    And in our own manner prescriptive see it as existing too where our external to belong or matter seizes in these moments eventually where we place feelings of this or even to be see as a need or thoughts on it missing 

    I like to see observe what and how causes these little nuances that cause us to become embroiled in these moments eventually that take a toll 

    These are the areas I like to address look into break them into more detail of dept and see what and where they come from why they appear and how we can see these moments to move on pass them into a better understanding of them also helps us to grasp where things may appear to go astray or out of sync and where feelings can start of become in to much more than at first 

    As the more and more that add up the more it can become something more where we can and do become upset in these feelings and eventually hurt in these moments 

    I do think it's better to become aware of these little things to be in knowing of these areas that we can take heed in and work on these ourselves in our own reflections and how we ourselves behave 

    We can become more aware ourselves too in guiding others in connection or and in our own acts and choices behave differently ourselves in aspect of our perspective and in lead to move this behaviour to where you require it in a betterment for all concerned 

    Plus improving our own 'relationships with us ourselves and the people we love around us 

    Here ar kazsart it is always good to observe our own behaviour plus others around us to look into ways our own perspectives lean towards change and how this benefits us as much as others in the long term life learning to live a bit kinder 

  5. This is one of those funny ones where trying to define the ego and what it is to us as a person some times it feels even more confusing when we learn more about it what it means to us in a instance 

    Think of the ego as a part of our mind that has a sheerness 

    It's like the edge of a glass in a manner the sharp bit or like the blade of grass you know that flick that it does and boy can it cut 

    Yeah it is like the blade edge effect 

    When something or someone has got very close 

    That's where the ego appears in the sheer! 

    Some think of it as our sense of things

    The right the correct 

    Or the curtness that sees you what you yourself believe over others 

    Or it can seem like this 

    Like the ego hold barrels the triggering in its come too close to what you think yourself as the or your truth and some times this can become into reflection of not in question by others view point or opinions when they go against our own perspectives we have a hard time seeing their truth their perspectives as our own ego is present at these times and that then takes president

    That's our thing here and we see the sheer of it in the sight of it

    So the ego based thinking sort of halts any other ideas it just goes into its own singular vision not being open to more other views no it's like the ego closes any other ideas than our own perspectives

    And that's usually in times of reaction 

    We are reacting to the ego closes base 

    One way of thinking 

    It's like a attack on it and the ego will object to the sheerness of what we know cannot be in question as then our comprehension sees it as the opposite and the way we tend to gravitate towards the opposite means it's wrong and the ego our mind can not ever agree with it as this opposite as it's can't be as it's what we know what we believe what we have been told or experienced

    If these are in question it's going to take a long while to get us too see another perspective than our own that is bias 

    Just in bias there can and will be a another way 

    just it's not something we see 

    or believe in plain sight until we ourselves are over it 

    whatever part it's having trouble with 

    getting into this way of seeing it now

    the ego does serve us in this way just we can learn to become more accepting to others way of thinking if we lean in with a open mind

    we can overcome out own ego based thinking 

    learning about the unconscious bias we hold helps too in a number of ways 

    It always helps to challenge our own perspectives as much as we can as theirs always room for improvement in all of us don't you think
