  1. Holding our own

    Thought and prescriptive and holding out own 

    There's always something to be going on with in our own type of thinking I find 

    So it's really good to note it down as much as you can possible 

    As seeing hearing touching what's there out in plain sight is the areas in self reflection to work on 

    We can see in these notes we have 

    The where straight away we need to do work exercise in 

    Like the ones that really bug us as when we note things down we may start at a low point that builds grows to the raw feelings let those come out every part even the swearing even the calling you need to do 

    These are only your notes to do what you want chuck burn for your eyes only 

    The exercise of getting them all out on paper is a very valuable experience the more you do it the more we can become in practice accustomed to this behaviour and we can become more adapt at getting out our feelings for what they are 

    Feelings are just recall of memories that we need to give us the right correct energy we need to motivate us drive us too getting better than now what we have these lessons learned from ages ago in our memory recall are there to give you insights in moving past this now this time 

    There's lessons in these feelings and now in your notes as we can see

    And we can see patterns in these 

    Getting into the habit of writing our feelings down makes us hold our own 

    Thoughts and feelings 

    And start to learn what we can from them in the lessons they bring 

    Hold out own perspectives makes us being about change

  2. Acceptance part one journal

    Let's look into acceptance how we can work it in our favour 

    work it as a solution in the start of good mental health

    So.in our emotions we can become accustomed to acting one way how we do at the time sometimes this is too escape or run away from the feels 

    try to repress them suppress or avoidance 

    Some times we skirt or dance around the issue in a not wanting to face it whatever it is for us a not deal with it tactic 

    just as with emotions they come up they are going too as that is there purpose the memories the recall of these moments we were once in make us feel again not the account of the emotional energy is the one most appropriate to push you through its your motivation resources all our emotions are this way to push us in the right direction 

    we just aren't this good at seeing this aspect as most times in the feels we are just that in them 

    we are feeling them and when this happens we can be carried away in the feelings again some times back.there like it's here with us all over again and if we are in these feelings trapped in these moments the feelings can over take us in these feelings all over again 

    You do appreciate what I mean here as you well know that it is for you a circle I feel am here again and we are and can be as we never quite get the grasp of the energy and where it is and what messages it's giving us as it's like a back there again one 

    Remember those times we know how we feel like we do 

    Those times when we get into these moments it feels like a cycle as we are here one more time like those times from school where we can remember it like it was yesterday feeling reliving the moment 

    These times are too show us how we had our own abilities energy minefields to push us through these moments eventually we did pull through these just our Brian pushes back to the pain in those times 

    Through my own journey in my own thoughts in these times I have started to appreciate the lessons learned from these times it's not to delve on 

    Like me I have too many times been drawn in these feelings trapped in them sometimes it's felt in the reliving them too 

    Just in various stages we can move them forwards move them into the core lessons to learn from them 

    As personally I think they are here for a purpose a reason just like all our other bodily systems like the digest system the nervous system there all linked together and work in restoring balance to the body I think the emotional state is the same as these in there for its own reasons 

    Like the sense they are all here in us too do a certain function

    Our emotions the same way 

    The same spin on us too 

    Like our two major motivation are pleasure or pain 

    One we seek out and require more of

    One we sink in and retire away from 

    The opposites really if we think about it all in this respect 

    Not many of us choose to have pain 

  3. Skills check practical exercise

    Skills check let's begin grab a pen and paper or a document on your mobile 

    And just brainstorm all you can all your skills 

    Every one 

    Just write them all out 

    Let's start with the easy ones the main ones like what we have been paid for in the past write those the career works ones 

    Then go into your personal skills only you had and those shared with others 

    Add those ones where people have told you your so good at or those they come to you with help yeah them ones 

    Write them down list as many as you can
