UK Standard Delivery - up to 7 working days
£1.99 per order, on all orders
This service takes up to 5 - 7 working days, items are sent via Royal Mail and are usually delivered Monday to Saturday. Remote destinations may take longer.
Delivery times are quoted in working days - which are Monday to Friday excluding public and bank holidays.
Outside the Uk Standard Delivery £2.99 - up to 10 - 14 working days or longer

RETURNS POLICY»
How to return an item
You can return any item(s) to us via the Post Office, within 14 days of receipt.
Simply complete returns form on the despatch note and enclose it, together with your returned item(s), inside the original packaging.
Goods cannot be returned without this information.
We ask that you return the goods to us, in their original condition and with the original packaging, within 14 days of receipt. On receipt of the goods we will refund their full amount as soon as possible including the postage charges and within a maximum of 30 days.
Exclusions to our 14 day money back refund policy.
Sale items. These items can only be refunded or exchanged in accordance with your legal rights and any other terms provided to you at the time of purchase.
For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on worn earrings or body contact jewellery.
Please note - imitation jewellery will go off colour, especially metal based jewellery. Time for discolouration will depend on their use and the environment in which they are worn or stored. We are unable to refund you for goods that have discoloured.
Returns via Post Office;
Returns are sent at your own expense.
Peel off the returns label from your delivery note and attach it on the outside of the parcel over your address
Take your parcel to any Post Office, remembering to obtain a Proof of Postage receipt. You must retain this until the item(s) are credited on your statement, as this enables us to trace your order.
If you require an exchange
All you need to do is fill out the returns form including the exchange item you require in STEP 2. If you have paid with credit/debit card your original item will be refunded and a new order placed.
All of this is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.
