Dealing with my own issues along on this journey with you
Am I not an expert not medically qualified or trained it's just the same things I use in my own life and would like others to overcome their hurdles too if you do have serious implications please seem medical help not look at this here as such this is just practice like your friend may pass on just an opinion

So dealing with negative feelings
Am afraid we all have them it's a part of the ups and downs of emotions in the surface the emotions we see are part of the parcel of life and experience and am afraid sometime life long learnings me included in this
There's no stopping them sometimes
And these times it's best to allow them to flow through our of you
Please look into your own mental wealth it does mean a lot
These negative feelings are here with their own lessons of learning
As we know we are aware that pockets of energy bare from thoughts that push the mind into present past or future in recall in memory to gather the information needed from said fact logic to push us into drive motivation this instance
and yes they can be negative feelings
we have the tendency towards them pulling us into them again
feeling this memory rears the past feeling up in affect its like we are in it again
now think about this here
not the negative not the energy think about how it works
and if we start seeing this in action in practice it works in a crystallize way
It brings our thinking our conscious in awareness and we can see it for what it is and separate in this knowledge, in knowing this about the drive we have we can become accustomed to respond not reaction
response in we choose too
reactive in we just are
see the difference
use this difference as a anchor a tool a resource we have ready
we are equipped with
that's how I do it separate it in knowledge
I still feel the feeling
I allow it too flow through
I allow it time and room to let it out all of it
I work in parts in the crystallization
In seeing the sense in it
What it's there for and what's it's telling me
I learn from it in and around others point of view
Then I let it see through
It's another knowing moment
Then an in the earlier practice the above knowing that this is an energy recall I have hold over it, control in allowing it through and knowing what is happening to me
This is what I practice I have found the way that works for me
I like this anchor in knowing
