Well we all know and have our own experience of what self reflection means to us this journey in here in our head space is not really one like other places 

Am not on here to give you the history the full scope there's a whole lot out there in the outer world please do explore all you enjoy and value about being mindful am not on here to show you all this

There's a whole lot of other people who go into this in the deepest way all over the internet or in books please immerse yourself happily in those check out various ones and see which or what works for you best 

Am not here for this kazs art is the space to look into our minds openly exploring the thought that sit around asking questioning our why where the complexity appears from this is the work shown here 

A practice to learn to look into the curious self thoughts that come up in us all am into learning more about the journey through these moments

Where conscious thinking exists 

How we can see change in this too 

And move on to betterment 

To me personally self reflection is just the reflective self 

Taking this moment to see where you are in the present state 

It's a moment with you 

A moment in thought 

Where we just be present just being mindful of this head space 

Now and present 

Giving these thoughts time to be reflected on 

It's just like hitting a pause button 

In self reflection it like giving yourself a fresh breath of new spring air pausing those thoughts for a while in conscious freeze 

It's a valuable tool to use in times of crisis or stress as it calms the mind in the reflective self you can become accustomed to old patterns where self reflection brings you into conscious thought where you are able to become aware and self sooth if this is what is required etc 

It could be that a anchor is required or a bit of grounding techniques these are all learnable easier to practice if we give it space and time 

Allow it in there's techniques for all mindfulness meditation
