Our own slights
Those times some thing seems to not sit comfortably with us
Those times
These little slights are the areas that can become much more
As they can become mixed up or confused with feelings
Emotions then kick in
As in slights
We can become in a roll on effect where we see slights as a add on
An extra bit that does stick on us and then it can and does at times build up and become hurts
Hurts are where it's gone past a slight
Hurt become a problem more than a issue
And in this part now in this blog post we are dealing looking into slights so let's go back there now (hurts are in another blog post here)
So Slights are really easy to work on
We can choose from these to address these
In looking at these in closer dept or looking to speak our and stop them like sometimes we have too for our own sake plus for the other's too
As it's choosing peace and kindest
Slights are best being talked about whilst they happen whilst they are taking place address them then
Nip them in the bus
These are easy times easy talk as it's just a bit of saying the slight out loud
Like something that's not quite right for you say you have a issue
You know I don't really like ....
It's just a light conversation a laugh type of way use what comes natural is the best to stem the slight and then let it go
Move pass it
Then things can and will return to normal
As it's not the end of some thing awful to speak out loud nip it in the bud whilst it's tiny is always better in the long run
