  1. There's loads of things and times where we need more time into conscious thinking conscious thought 

    Take time to be or choose conscious thought

    It's the same with creative thinking we do need to be in the thought of it

    To be present in it 

    Conscious thinking is a very useful skill 

    And using it as a resource using it as a skill set in retraining how you think or in thought! 

    These are tough thoughts where you are in the power and full of this thought 

  2. I don't mind showing you my crazy moments

    In line of hoping you learn something in this way of thinking

    I do have experience and have life long learning curve and there's truth in this living life the way we each have 

    We all have lessons to learn and knowledge that could be useful to the next person and that's where I like to share it here

  3. The weight in mental health 

    Can be enormous

    Too tough for one person to cope in their truth of what's happening

    What they see, how they are feeling and coping 

    We sometimes have this enormous weight around us 

    It feels like a pressure valve waiting to burst 

    Like the pressure of the air from our faces to our ears etc just it's much more than this it takes me back actually to the times when we are doing our best efforts to blowing a balloon up for the first time 

    The weight of the throat

    The pressure of the breath as it's pushed out so intensify into the balloon you know this feeling I know you do

    This big intake of breath we hold on too

    Then blow

    And it hurts in the muscles of the neck and down the chin along with the tightness of the jawline as all the air feels like it's sucked out of you

    You know this feeling don't you 

    That's the same 

    In those times that the nearest to this feeling of under so much pressure

    It and everything has this enormous ache 

    This is the weight we feel in these times of depression in the signs of grief like sessions

    It's this weight of it pressing down on us so it feels like a exploding or so near too this feeling 

    And in all this feeling all these other emotions are there circling around  its like there's no stopping it ever never 

    I know these times 

    I have been here in these times too 

    That's the weight of them we carry

    And the more we come to understanding this 

    That this pressure is the body's the energy way to take flight 

    It's the body way to programme the brain the mindset in too take the required action 

    It's our sense in question 

    Our behaviour in question of the sense of this 

    Why we are doing this, putting up with this 

    It's the wrestling of consciousness in action 

    It's like a channel switching on trying to get out attention 

    Just it does yes 

    When each memory feeling comes up rears it's ugly head it sets us off into this angle or this angle until the brain our mindset finds the right one it needs to take the right action that is needed to be in a good place 

    It goes through all our rubbish or whatever you like to call it 

    In the process of finding the right energy we need to take the right action 

    We just become lost in this 

    We become feeling in this and we have our natural defences in action they make us fear this happening so we become active in all this muck as such

    We become in a whirlwind in it 

     

    The weight is enormous! 

    Just there is ways to reduce this !

  4. We haven't a clue what the other person is going through not at all

    Do we ever know

    In these times we need to for our own sakes and others 

    start more into begininging to be in each others compassion for their own mental mindset 

    don't condemn or think you know it all just as you've stepped in your own shoes maybe too long in some times that you forget to get a hoot of others mindset too at least the ones we do care about 

    have time effort to place in mind of this he

    In the becoming mindful 

    enough to care about it 

    not just yours 

    it's seen time and time again we do not know how too look after our own mindsets so be in your own enough to pay compassion to your own and your families

    Why do we have second rate standards for our own perspectives

    our own life's and the way we lead them 

    or are accountable to these 

    when we will or do for other's

    mean in the case of our own kids etc as parents we will do tooth and nail for them our own 

    just why not us ourselves why do we not look after ourselves in this same manner of being in or at one 

    really if you think about it 

    as we are not shown how too!

    we are not shown how too care for ourselves

    and this causes so much mental anguish just why does no one else talk to us about this why do they not see it and acknowledge the power of it so it undid others and helps each and every one of us 

    Why does no one tell us this ?

    Learn it eventually I believe we do

    Personally I don't want others behind me in this dark time 

    I want to pass this piece of whatever it is 

    Just wisdom of living through tough times, struggling, suffering I know that at times we do not listen 

    Do not take this in 

    Till it properly sinks in 

    Becomes to be our own their in the matter so we take heed in it too

    I just want others to not have this lesson to learn not this tough way in the challenges of life research and the steep learning curve 

    No I would like to pass this little bit on 

    So others don't have too suffer in it themselves it has nothing to do with anything about me only I was there in it and come out the other side the best way I saw how in compassion

    Let's learn this too others 

    Take out the heartache of others in the only way we can 

    That's my recognition of others before 

    And after us 

    Let's share in each others values 

    That's what I want here at kazsart 

  5. Confidence what we think it is ? 

    One of those strange ones confidence 

    when you see it you know it wholeheartedly there's no mistake nothing about it 

    like a pin you have it pricked you can so see it 

    In others 

    All around you 

    just in our own case? 

    where is it?

    it's like it's gone on right through the door and left you 

    long behind where is it?

    like a catch the shadow on a dark morning no it's gone it's out of sight where is ours? Not at home!!! Out for the day!

    did I ever had any? Confident ? Long time ago maybe?

    Confidence it's like the Scarlett Pimpernel once seen them vanished where is it when you want it definitely gone hasn't it 

    These times we notice it don't you find in these moments we notice it In others and it not around us so we believe as we do have the tendency to see confidence like it's a thing something we have sort of 

    And that's something to think about here 

    How we do have these moments these concepts about stuff in our mindsets that we get a bit confused about as when we see it like a thing like a object that we can touch etc we also have this thinking where it becomes it 

    Where we think of a concept as a thing as something and in this thinking manner we become in the manner of it as a being so we feel about it more
