  1. Let's look into acceptance how we can work it in our favour 

    work it as a solution in the start of good mental health

    So.in our emotions we can become accustomed to acting one way how we do at the time sometimes this is too escape or run away from the feels 

    try to repress them suppress or avoidance 

    Some times we skirt or dance around the issue in a not wanting to face it whatever it is for us a not deal with it tactic 

    just as with emotions they come up they are going too as that is there purpose the memories the recall of these moments we were once in make us feel again not the account of the emotional energy is the one most appropriate to push you through its your motivation resources all our emotions are this way to push us in the right direction 

    we just aren't this good at seeing this aspect as most times in the feels we are just that in them 

    we are feeling them and when this happens we can be carried away in the feelings again some times back.there like it's here with us all over again and if we are in these feelings trapped in these moments the feelings can over take us in these feelings all over again 

    You do appreciate what I mean here as you well know that it is for you a circle I feel am here again and we are and can be as we never quite get the grasp of the energy and where it is and what messages it's giving us as it's like a back there again one 

    Remember those times we know how we feel like we do 

    Those times when we get into these moments it feels like a cycle as we are here one more time like those times from school where we can remember it like it was yesterday feeling reliving the moment 

    These times are too show us how we had our own abilities energy minefields to push us through these moments eventually we did pull through these just our Brian pushes back to the pain in those times 

    Through my own journey in my own thoughts in these times I have started to appreciate the lessons learned from these times it's not to delve on 

    Like me I have too many times been drawn in these feelings trapped in them sometimes it's felt in the reliving them too 

    Just in various stages we can move them forwards move them into the core lessons to learn from them 

    As personally I think they are here for a purpose a reason just like all our other bodily systems like the digest system the nervous system there all linked together and work in restoring balance to the body I think the emotional state is the same as these in there for its own reasons 

    Like the sense they are all here in us too do a certain function

    Our emotions the same way 

    The same spin on us too 

    Like our two major motivation are pleasure or pain 

    One we seek out and require more of

    One we sink in and retire away from 

    The opposites really if we think about it all in this respect 

    Not many of us choose to have pain 

  2. I think standards can become accustomed in their own right

    like we may some times have this one and only view 

    A singular vision ahead when sometimes these can be a very healthy thing to have other times they can be a big bear type of thing 

    Like it's a this produces this 

    These can become accustomed like it has to be this way only 

    So be aware of your own behaviour your own acts and choices 

    Considering others around you that need to be considered in any manner don't leave them out remember they too have to be in consideration in many times and n many areas in standards between them and you 

    Your and there's maybe a very different story or view point just as in a similar doesn't necessarily mean that they are the same plus we have our own perspectives in various reasons anyway so always is too to check if others are in line in this area always consult them in standards 

    As we have our own 

    And they may not be quite right for here now 

    Some standards may start to slip and some maybe become more narrow it more focused so do adhere if you have too 

    Also check your own discomfort in what you do allow 

    Standards are not set in stone they too can be moved or begun again at a reset or fresh new eyes another time we may need to highlight and be more aware of our own standards become a issues for us or others sometimes they may need some relooking at a redesigned or a start from scratch if these are in your own questioning or too accustomed 

    Standards can also be set too high or too low at times so relook at the reality and logic in those areas if you can 

  3. Expectation are one of those funny things that keep us into one only way possible it can become a one dimension like it is going to go this way and nothing else can or could ever happen this or another way 

    Expectations also seem like a projection like you are preparing it too happen 

    When they are useful in one way they are or can a become set in stone 

    They're another too be aware off in our own life's as they can become a stalemate between this and only this 

    Expectation can get us into a tizzy quite easily accessing the way or a path like it's a certain or this direction where a little works as a view point 

    Sometimes expectations can become too rigid like it's supposed to be like this and we can at times be set in our own perspectives about them expecting the same from everyone then us feeling a let down when it if it does look this designed way etc 

    Yes they can be healthy to have some expectations 

    Just try to keep these at bay not use these as a limited point of view or one singular vision in these moments 

    It's just one to be aware of sometimes if your own discomfort is reading a lot through expectations going half baked just highlight it maybe your own expectations need lowering or retooling at examining as not everything or everyone acts the same way we do change even though they may not be big massive amount of difference there's and can still be some so  you're own may need to be rethought in these times 

  4. Challenge

    One of the things I like to do is work with challenging myself seeing how far I can test myself as a child I used to set stuff I would do and see how I went just testing myself I think it begins there in the way studies and education is set up they do design the work around showing up and challenging yourself 

    Will power mostly in our younger days 

    Like the amount I had of people moaning at me to stop biting my nails they were sore bite to the quit majority bleeding those days so I decided I would stop biting them so I did 

    Just in sheer will power I gave up 

    Just decided and set my mind to it and I don't bite nail problem all time sorted 

    There was some iffy times just I got over them will power I am doing this I just went for it and achieved it too 

    Never thought of doing it since 

    We do have this power of will 

    If we just decide commit to it and no going back it's just forwards to you as a non nail biter am not this person now 

    I don't do it 

    I have had this conviction in a number of challenging behaviour like this over my length of life time I just decide than do the challenge

    It's been another long process with other things like putting myself in front of a camera taking a photo Challenge these have tested all my limits to the extreme like here now the times I have started this blog started this journey I have gone through this part that much it's gone beyond a joke 

    It's not a laughing matter if you know what I mean 

    I've had to push myself further than this tons of times tons of ways I get in a cycle and play the default game again it keeps me struck 

    I tend to freeze after so long time the loop my mind thoughts goes through is like in a a roundabout and it's here again I push it's pulled back time and time again it gets quite boring after how long am doing it for you see I decided to do something online back in 2015 and yeah am here not on here yet it's the end of 2022 seven years I have been in this aroundabout not getting off 

    Well this stops I now decided am doing this now 

    And pushing through all my limitations that keep me struck am facing them this time as personally I have had enough of being this way 

    Am doing it here goes 

    I will be noting down my journey if you want to follow through maybe we can help each other in this together this challenge to put myself out there

  5. I know being a mother single a good deal of this time 

    Now a grandmother too 

    There's times my confidence got to a low point along with some highs just some times when we are alone these times seem few and far apart they did with myself in these times I have to remind myself that I count too

    Confidence has been a big grind on my part 

    There's nothing like it when you see someone with tons of it they ooze with it like it's pouring out their pores and others like me well it's like it's left me behind where has it gone ! 

    Definitely left me !

    I know in these times I have my confidence tricks 

    Like when I put on make up a long time ago for me am in my fifties now just whenever I put make up on I tend too act confident it's like a separate being I learnt when I was younger I never needed, courage like you did from a stiff drink no I got mine from the lipstick the eye liner the war paint as my father called it maybe this was it I felt a bit of a warrior maybe just felt different in it 

    Like putting on your Sunday best yeah I am old and traditional do remember those times well.  

    Well these are the things I do when I want to think of being confident 

    I go back and pull back these memories these feelings to take me back again 

    I use tricks like these for other feelings and wonder if they may help you too 

    They definitely stop me from over thinking and panicking which I tend to do in all times until I get into my zone that I need to help me through
