Being conscious 

What I really like is being conscious as much as I can be possibility 

This is usually in a manner of emotional intelligence. 

I look towards how I am and how this means to me whatever the moment brings I have been big into self actualization for a good long term now it stated back in my twenties for myself in these times I had lots of massive blocks I felt I wanted to change in my eyes I have this vision of living more positively to get move the negative feelings I find myself in too many times 

I decided to make lots of changes and a lot of this has been in being conscious of my thoughts, my mindsets, and my mood states 

More so around over people 

Am a ordinary person and being a mother single the majority of the time it lead to negative times, that I didn't wish to be in 

Just back in them days although I did a awful lot of work of my own in self reflection I also started reading books a number of one's that do and have helped me in numerous ways  I will be discussing some along my journey in here that I will link up in future blog posts, probably not just books articles I find most useful in the journey in self reflection that lead us towards change to self actualization and the work I have done 

Am hoping that in my own journey any tips and suggestions that have helped me may help you too in your own reflections 

So where do we begin 

It's quite fitting in the new year is on its way here in this moment we are on the end of December here in this year 2022 nearly on the way out so this new year feel is a very good place to begin in our process 

Although am not one for new years resolution am more into the natural rhythm we find out own energy on just the fresh of the new year 

Like a fresh slate that's a good starting point

Just will be a sticking point that's for to be seen ha ha especially in my own case am not very good at seeing these new fresh into start and up to practice that's one of my own stalemate and one am willing to be open to work out 

Am also very strong willed if I say I will I can and do stick with it sometimes over 100% if I let my obsessive compulsive mind set take over in action will be a funny journey to see 

Just one we are now on 

If this is our in cyber space then that's it am in action

Am in the act of getting started and hope you are in this too

We are in this together the both of us 

So let's begin 

With me being conscious is by being in awareness of what happening right now for you take a moment and note it down 

I myself like Google doc is just a easy simple open up on your mobile and your ready to go I like this best Am not much good at spelling and it helps big with that, so grab your Google doc and open up a blank document

Just save it as today's date I find easy enough

Or save it however you see fit it's your spotlight self actualization that starts here today so start to write 

Anything that comes in your thoughts there's no right or wrong way 

It's just your thoughts and they are going to come through you 

Out in to the open and let them through

Write how much and about whatever you require its up too you 

It's just being conscious of your thoughts 

And there's lots of valuable information we can become accustomed to in our thoughts like recognising patterns like learning lessons 

Like learning what energy or mental state we are in too 

These are all valuable 

Experience will get better practices too 

These exercises can have various effects of be used for various stages and times 

This first exercise is to get used to writing our thoughts feelings and becoming  conscious of them seeing what they are telling you 

You can also easily do this exercise on paper what ever you feel happy or best with 

Get those thoughts out down on your document and start for consciousness in peace 

As this exercise can in time become a practiced self reflection peace resource it just takes time 

Try doing this exercise before bedtime if you have a time frame that gives you some space to write or jot down your thoughts daily they become a conscious cleanse so keep with them
