  1. Negative affective areas 

    is where we have one or more feelings emotions present and where it leads too more emotional states

    It takes us down a spiral 

    another area of emotions that make us feel

    probably more emotions and it starts to become absorbed

    we are in it present

    or we are in reaction with it 

    reactive 

    and first and foremost this will and does happen 

    It will 

    It does work like this in us humans 

    we have emotions and in some it has a pull down affect on us 

    It impacts us 

    or we become carried away in it the reactive self is beyond reflective it's starting beginning to take it inwards 

    it's turning inwards you now

    this can become a protective stance

    Or defence stance 

    Or both together if it's hurt or external factors

  2. Really one of the most sensitive information topics on my blog please stop reading if anything does trigger you 

    This is just one person's opinion my own nothing more nothing less 

    Just my own insights I have had over my own mindsets just in the intention of a friendly chat, if you are having issues please seek professional help always put you first and get self help! Your priority! 

    In triggers alert what I have to share is more in awareness mostly 

    To be in touch with what your own are 

    Have a list of them be clear in what they are for you 

    Get to know yourself inside and out so it becomes like an open book you just know what does trigger you 

    And work on reducing them or lowering these as much as you can 

    And yes get help if this is needed please do! 

    Triggers can be a acute warning system like your build in red flags so do adhere to them 

    Make them clear and get clarity in any of you can 

    Pin point as much as you can 

    The more you know the more you can use an isolate system where you put you first in these times 

    Isolate you from any triggers as soon as possible

  3. Dealing with negative feelings

    Kazsart.com is the personal view of one ordinary person 

    Am the same as you 

    Dealing with my own issues along on this journey with you 

    Am I not an expert not medically qualified or trained it's just the same things I use in my own life and would like others to overcome their hurdles too if you do have serious implications please seem medical help not look at this here as such this is just practice like your friend may pass on just an opinion

    So dealing with negative feelings

    Am afraid we all have them it's a part of the ups and downs of emotions in the surface the emotions we see are part of the parcel of life and experience and am afraid sometime life long learnings me included in this 

    There's no stopping them sometimes 

    And these times it's best to allow them to flow through our of you 

    Please look into your own mental wealth it does mean a lot 

    These negative feelings are here with their own lessons of learning

    As we know we are aware that pockets of energy bare from thoughts that push the mind into present past or future in recall in memory to gather the information needed from said fact logic to push us into drive motivation this instance 

    and yes they can be negative feelings

    we have the tendency towards them pulling us into them again 

    feeling this memory rears the past feeling up in affect its like we are in it again 

    now think about this here 

    not the negative not the energy think about how it works

    and if we start seeing this in action in practice it works in a crystallize way 

    It brings our thinking our conscious in awareness and we can see it for what it is and separate in this knowledge, in knowing this about the drive we have we can become accustomed to respond not reaction

    response in we choose too

    reactive in we just are 

    see the difference 

    use this difference as a anchor a tool a resource we have ready 

    we are equipped with 

    that's how I do it separate it in knowledge

     

    I still feel the feeling

    I allow it too flow through

    I allow it time and room to let it out all of it 

    I work in parts in the crystallization 

    In seeing the sense in it 

    What it's there for and what's it's telling me 

    I learn from it in and around others point of view 

    Then I let it see through 

    It's another knowing moment

    Then an in the earlier practice the above knowing that this is an energy recall I have hold over it, control in allowing it through and knowing what is happening to me 

    This is what I practice I have found the way that works for me

    I like this anchor in knowing

  4. In acceptance and negative force 

    We are able to see the negative force in action 

    As it is in its natural state 

    As the more that we come into this negative force 

    The more we are able to see it and separate the negative from the rest

    You can see where it begun 

    Where it stems from

    Where it goes 

    And where it is challenging

    Even difficult 

    In these moments we can see that in awareness 

    To our own thoughts and to the awareness of others 

    In this we can see the light of slights which enables us to clearly define our act towards these areas these states etc

    In reflective work we can also accept we are like this in the same instant in acceptance we can become more aware in how to address these moments

    And be in them less and less

    Look at them in a observation light and being ourselves into check 

    In others words we choose to response not react

    As in feeling as in emotion states we tend to become absorbed in this time 

    we can become embroiled in these feelings

    which can produce more negatively affected areas (we deal with these in another post please see under self care) 

    And the practice of acceptance is in the observer and to choose as like a choice of control we have 

    Being conscious of this act of behaviour leans us to separate in acceptance 

    Again not to become absorbed with it in the negative no 

    To see it as a negative force that begins if we allow it 

    If we allow it to be here present and accept that it is here in us 

    We then are able to separate this as in a act a decision to choose 

    Not to become reactive 

    If you are working this through remember we are not perfect we are human and we do slip up from time to time and if this negative force is present and we lose that's okay we do we will have times where we see more and hurt sweeps in or ego we allow this to happen allow the reactive if you can be aware still present just know this takes time and patient to practice

    and not become in a trigger time (see self care for triggers) 

    Please forgive yourself for these times they will be there 

    Take them as stepping stones and learn from these too 

    Do not have other emotions in these if you can help it 

    Then back to self acceptance practice 

     

  5. Acceptance is never to accept the words or behaviour that is present

    No we do not accept words or thoughts

    We just let these flow through naturally as they do or will

    Acceptance work or practice is not to or there for accepting these all whatever the words or impact is present 

    No please understand this 

    No words especially bad or wrong ones we consider are not to be accepted

    These are there 

    As we have heard this somewhere and come to allow these in 

    Always let them flow yes

    Just not in acceptance

    No 

    There are best journaled away 

    Write those all down on paper and throw this away in the literal letting this go 

    Yes be this dramatic if so be 

    Really feel the power of allowing this words to flow through and leave your mind and keep going this does after time and patient work if practiced enough there is a difference I am experience of this it's what I use to rid myself and I hope you join me in this practice 

    Then acceptance of the energy state works even more effectively the power is good with the peace it brings
