  1. One of my other blog posts I talk about not making us ourselves priority in self care in lots of ways we don't 

    We just think we do 

    Many times we don't I find 

    We do stuff for other's more than we do for ourselves that's not a bad or a wrong thing is it we will if we nurture or care for other's we do and will think of them first especially if your into adulthood and have children or a family member we do put others first in various times 

    As I said there's nothing wrong with this 

    Just as it's not a selfish act to put us on our to do list neither is it not to be a priority just we become out of practice

    As a child we just do just a being than as we grow older become wiser we also become accustomed to putting others before us 

    So just take a few hours back for you in these times and areas 

    Give you some space 

    And do stuff things that lights you up 

    Stuff things that warms you up 

    And gives you comfort 

    Just puts us in a different manner and gives us a sense of freedom and content feelings in doing something for us - just us !

    Celebrate these times and treasure them makes you enjoy them more 

    Bit of me time does us no harm it's a bit of good 

  2. Remember it's always good to put you first 

    I know we don't and we have issues concerning us going first that comes from nurturing environment plus how we feel and what we care about 

    We are not often first not in family 

    Not in many ways or times 

    Sometimes not even in our own perspectives or thoughts we are not first 

    Just there are times we need to be first and foremost

    In those times it's time to put you first in times of discomfort those times especially and in times of self care 

    You should always be your own concern 

    And receive your own care 

    Just how many times do we really in reality put us first 

    It may seem as individuals and human we do put us first just it shows in our behaviour more than we care to admit it your first 

    Remember some pamper time for yourself at least time for self reflection 

  3. We do need to take care of our energy state

    As much as our that

    As they both work in tandem with each other

    They bring in a stabilising force

    A balance 

    If not in a neutral position 

    Our energy state can become unstable out of sync fairly easy fairly quick as it's in the triggering on purpose to make us move 

    Make us take the required actions needed to place us in a different or back to neutral position 

    The whole reason the body goes into a energy state is too take the required actions we need to get us out of this predicament 

    As in scared we take flight to seek comfort or saftey to escape get away this energy is required in a big energy-efficient way to make us able to be in this position this is what the body systems do 

    The more we know what is happening the more we can see in the knowledge that is taking place and in this knowing we can become more aware more highlighted to this feeling this present and it has an effect effort on us in being able to see it in existence in this vision field of vision in seeing this aspect we can and are able to notice it and pay attention and be at one in it 

    This has and becomes a separate being that we can use in this present

    When this separation exists we see a conscious real the reality 

    So the energy has less effect on us 

    Just as it took a long time to get here in us it takes a bit of practice to push through with it too 

  4. Energy states has been one of the biggest benefits I have found in my journey on the path to betterment

    I like being in touch with what am feeling and knowing why and where it stems from been into energizes for a good while now in some extent in reducing some like anxious and anxiety especially those two states 

    As well as identified which they are 

    How they help us 

    And what lessons are learned or available to learn from these 

    As like you I have never ever learnt how to properly switch them off and boy have I tried millions of ways to turn them into something else or even off

    I've just woke up too these energy fields we have are here for their own reasons and this too me it's the sense and understanding of systems

    our body support system natures way of challenging our moves and actions 

    These energy state are in principle to make us move 

    And take action like we always thought they are here for each system has its own purpose in our body support system they are needed and they are all interlinked we just don't grasp this part of our perspective

    Only in a self reflection sense

I've been into energy state a good while myself finding out as much as I can possible and testing my own comfort zones in these areas to see and analyse what does and has appeared in various times I like to isolate my own and break them down to see in self reflection where these moments stem from I myself like to pinpoint what area they are in like is it in appearance of validation here where I have a issue with putting myself out in public this places me into a anxiety state at times I know my energy state around anxiety I have worked through this state and tested it to various boundaries I have which are quite a few, myself I become accustomed to them 

    In other words I know myself fully well so I am in touch where and when these emerge I also work on these if and when I need too I have tools tips in place to combat these when they're triggered

    So I know how to isolate these elements have done been practising this for a good long while enough about me here now

    These energy state we have come in times we need like an extra boost of confidence needed to make a required move or set of actions 

    Like in pleasure we are more than likely going to enjoy it more and more repeatedly that we can become accustomed to it familiar with it and it becomes eventually in time what we are attached too 

    The opposite energy state too 

    There's plenty of them
