1. Challenge - creative

   Challenge

   One of the things I like to do is work with challenging myself seeing how far I can test myself as a child I used to set stuff I would do and see how I went just testing myself I think it begins there in the way studies and education is set up they do design the work around showing up and challenging yourself 

   Will power mostly in our younger days 

   Like the amount I had of people moaning at me to stop biting my nails they were sore bite to the quit majority bleeding those days so I decided I would stop biting them so I did 

   Just in sheer will power I gave up 

   Just decided and set my mind to it and I don't bite nail problem all time sorted 

   There was some iffy times just I got over them will power I am doing this I just went for it and achieved it too 

   Never thought of doing it since 

   We do have this power of will 

   If we just decide commit to it and no going back it's just forwards to you as a non nail biter am not this person now 

   I don't do it 

   I have had this conviction in a number of challenging behaviour like this over my length of life time I just decide than do the challenge

   It's been another long process with other things like putting myself in front of a camera taking a photo Challenge these have tested all my limits to the extreme like here now the times I have started this blog started this journey I have gone through this part that much it's gone beyond a joke 

   It's not a laughing matter if you know what I mean 

   I've had to push myself further than this tons of times tons of ways I get in a cycle and play the default game again it keeps me struck 

   I tend to freeze after so long time the loop my mind thoughts goes through is like in a a roundabout and it's here again I push it's pulled back time and time again it gets quite boring after how long am doing it for you see I decided to do something online back in 2015 and yeah am here not on here yet it's the end of 2022 seven years I have been in this aroundabout not getting off 

   Well this stops I now decided am doing this now 

   And pushing through all my limitations that keep me struck am facing them this time as personally I have had enough of being this way 

   Am doing it here goes 

   I will be noting down my journey if you want to follow through maybe we can help each other in this together this challenge to put myself out there 

   Here goes !!!

   Culture generates social capital and strengthening a community character

   Physically at galleries, museums, performance spaces and culturally through its capacity to tell a community's shared story, to inspire reflection and form connectuons that transcend differences

   I think this is one to cherish I had this saved highlighted for some while now as it's what I would like to see in the future of kazsart I hope to be a big part of this some day not just in hope or thoughts but in the being of this in times to come  

   I do strike for this to get bigger and greater one day 

3. Kaz's art

   I do have experience and have life long learning curve and there's truth in this living life the way we each have 

   We all have lessons to learn and knowledge that could be useful to the next person and that's where I like to share it here

4. Start here

   Hi and welcome to Kaz's Art 

   Thank you for stumbling across my website very honoured you chose here to come over to read and checking us out your first time

   especially today of all days 

   Us I mean me and my thoughts and this website it is just me on here so far not got staff as if yet lol

   A friendly place, safe for you to pop around over here for a chat, yeah anytime you feel like it just put your positive thoughts in the contact box, here and yes I am going to reply back to you, anytime I have time available I will be replying not instantly mind you, so remember to put a contract email.address

   And yes that will be me, Kaz Brockbank, the Artist, Blogger, part influencer part child minder that's where you'll probably find me looking after my granddaughter or answering questions on Quora, maybe even making a mess of the novel I would love to write one day if I ever get past the cringe stage which isn't happening fast, every part seems to be there, it's not going quick  

   Quora was the first site I got brave on, and start showing up, very frequently still on there now answering questions

   Even though I closed my biggest triumph I had this space over there that had a very good lot of views, quite a few subscribers too, just not what I wanted not really no not that any more 

   which was a safe space where you can be yourself, fully accepted unconditionally you, where we are able to discuss issues, solve problems, looking for solutions together, a place for each other to gain value so it's over here at Kaz's Art now am having another go at this online space and hope I make better progress over here to actually be the person who you go too when your feeling a bit struck and looking for an alternative view point to become unstuck

   where you can come and join me in the play and fun of the journey into a deeper sense of your conscious self, leading with the majority positive vibes where we can practise being good at creatively overcoming any life obstacles we may encounter along the way 

   I've been doing it a long time now in conscious thought and sorting out my mental well being it's been a long journey of mine and still ongoing just am ready to show you what I've learnt so far and how I do it 

   hope you find this space useful, helpful even and friendly enough where you like to hang out with me and other's come over and participate in the work you'll find over here my thoughts and solutions and what's working for me and might help in your own plights where you too find yourself struck or otherwise

5. Restarting the journey

   Creativity is defined as the tendency to generate or recognise ideas, alternatives, or possibilities that may be useful in solving problems, communicating with others and entertaining ourselves and others.

   I really like this definition and feel it's very fitting to be here on the blog it's where I require to restart my journey 

   In a little bit of creativity ! 

   Especially of the self and being uniquely us!
